About - Makovka Photography

I have been a portrait photographer by profession since 2016, specializing in newborn and maternity portraiture.

I have gained experience from attending four newborn and two maternity workshops in Europe with some of the best European photographers. Two years in a row, my images have been awarded Bronze in the “Rise International Photography Awards”. 

My passion for photography originated from my nurturing instinct to capture my own kids and family as it has continued to grow. I handle each and every client, along with their baby, the same way that I would expect someone to handle my baby and me — with the utmost respect.

My photography studio is located in my cosy home, where you and your family can relax while I create unforgettable images for you. There are always complimentary drinks and snacks in my studio, as my goal is to make you feel at home. In my studio, there is no rush and I put no time limits on any photoshoot.
